  • Are deposits refundable?
    All appointments are secured with a non refundable deposit (50% of service) and the remaining balance will be due at the scheduled appointment time - so before booking your appointment please take a second to confirm that this is what you want!
  • How often does your schedule open?
    My schedule opens on the 20th of each month. Any dates or times that you do not see are not available. Please contact me to schedule before / after hours appointments.
  • What is your policy for rescheduling appointments?
    You have up until 48 hours prior to your appointment to rescheule.
  • How do I reschedule an appointment?
    On your personal My Bookings page, you can view upcoming and past bookings. Each of the upcoming bookings has a Reschedule and Cancel option.
  • What is your late fee policy?
    There is a $25 late fee after 10 minutes and your appointment will be canceled after 15 minutes. Deposits are non refundable so please be on time to your appointment.
  • Do you book before / after hour appointments?
    Any before / after hour appointments will have an additional $50 fee. Please contact me in order to schedue a before / after hour appointment.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Deposits are non-refundable as stated in the booking policy. Appointments can be rescheduled before 48hrs if there is availability .
  • How do I cancel an appointment?
    On your personal My Bookings page, you can view upcoming and past bookings. Each of the upcoming bookings has a Reschedule and Cancel option.
